Christmas in Clara’s Room

I shared a couple of weeks back how we set up Clara’s first room of her own here at our house in Colorado.

As cute as it was, I felt like it was missing something, and decided that something was a rug. I found a great deal on a low-pile machined oriental pattern that was perfect for the space. It isn’t heirloom quality, but with moving frequently and use in a kid’s room I was willing to trade-off a little longevity for the right price point.

Then for Christmas I added a “Dashing through the Snow” pillow and sweet little golden tree with colorful tree-skirt, and tiny Disney ornaments. I think it added just the right Christmas-y touch to her room!

Here are some of the pieces we’ve added to round out Clara’s room and spruce it up for Christmas. You can click on the pictures for a link and sources for the rest of her room are in the reveal post!
